We, the
Mountaineers from the provinces of: BENGUET,IFUGAO,
BONTOC, APAYAO, and
KALINGA in the Philippines, who reside in San Diego County,
California, mindful of the welfare of one another, solemnly bind
ourselves together, to foster and perpetuate a closer relationship, to
promote unified social activities, to maintain and uphold our cultures
and to render assistance to members who are in distress, resolve and
declare that the name of this association shall be, BIBAK
ASSOCIATION of SAN DIEGO and is construed to be
non-political, non-profit and non-sectarian.
